Monday to Friday role, however the site operates 24/7 therefore flexibility will be required.

Services include: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Vending and Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

  • Operational Management: Lead daily catering operations, ensuring high standards in food, service, and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate staff to deliver consistent service excellence.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the main client contact, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring service delivery aligns with expectations.
  • Financial Control: Manage budgets, control costs, and report on financial performance.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Supplier & Stock Management: Oversee procurement and stock to optimize cost and reduce waste.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and deliver internal and external catering events.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Drive environmentally responsible practices across the operation.


About You

  • Proven experience managing large-scale catering operations, ideally within a Business & Industry environment.
  • Strong background in team leadership, client management, and financial accountability.
  • Culinary experience is a must for this role
  • Proven ability to drive innovation and sales
  • Strong financial understanding, with experience in stock control and budget management
  • Commercially astute with good understanding of cost control and budget management.
  • Proficient in health, safety, and food hygiene standards (Level 3 Food Safety or equivalent preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client and team relationships.
