About the Role

This position involves visiting and assessing individuals who have recently been discharged from hospital, so flexibility is essential. The role requires full flexibility and is offered on a zero‑hours contract, with the potential to move to 30 contracted hours in the future if it becomes permanent.. We offer both part-time and full-time roles across South Shields, Whitburn, Cleadon, and nearby areas.

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, and weekend work is part of the rota. Shifts follow a 7-week rotating schedule.
