Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:45am – 5:00pm
  • Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
  • 1 weekend off in 3 + 1 weekday of

About The Role

We are looking for a results-driven and enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join our successful sales team at Holdcroft Motor Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving outstanding results.

You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, providing expert product knowledge, and guiding customers through a seamless and enjoyable buying journey.

Your role:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge
  • Deliver a customer-first experience throughout the full sales journey
  • Manage a busy workload with strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through quality, compliant sales processes
  • Ensure all products and specifications are clearly explained and delivered as promised
  • Provide professional guidance and support to customers at every stage
  • Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to achieve dealership goals

About You:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in a customer-facing or sales environment
  • Demonstrates strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Is highly organised with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload
  • Is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven
  • Has a genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry
  • Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Has excellent problem-solving skills
  • Holds a full valid UK driving licence
