We’re now looking for Call Handlers to join our Contact Centre team in Dunfermline, supporting our IVC daytime clinics.

Role: Call Handler
Location: Dunfermline Contact Centre
Hours: Full-time
Shift Pattern:

  • Monday to Sunday: 08:00–19:00
  • Occasional bank holiday work required

Start date for position- Monday 17th August

We’re looking for individuals who are flexible with their working days and hours—helping us to be there when pet owners need us the most.

Your Role as a Call Handler

As a Call Handler at Vets Now, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients. You’ll play a vital role in delivering the high-quality support and service we’re known for. This is more than just answering calls—it’s about offering reassurance, clarity, and care in sometimes stressful situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information and address client inquiries
  • Log all call details accurately in our system
  • Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team
  • Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism in every interaction
  • Follow established call handling protocols
  • Assist with administrative tasks when required
