Newcastle upon Tyne | Hybrid, three days per week in the office
Competitive salary | OTE £32,000 | Uncapped commission
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to join our NBS Specifier team in Newcastle upon Tyne.

What you’ll be doing
What we’re looking for
We're looking for someone who is curious, commercially minded and confident speaking with new people.
Whether you've already worked in a BDR, SDR, lead generation or customer-facing sales role, or you're looking to take the next step in your sales career, you'll be comfortable picking up the phone, asking good questions and building credibility with senior professionals.
Does this sound like you?
It would be useful if you have experience in one of the following areas:
You do not need to know the construction specification market from day one. What matters is curiosity, confidence, coachability and the motivation to create opportunities.
Why this role
This role gives you the chance to build sales experience in a specialist commercial team, working with a recognised brand in the construction technology market.
You’ll develop your skills in prospecting, qualification, CRM discipline, customer conversations and pipeline creation, while working with a clear customer audience and a commercially focused team.
Ready to build your future
If you’re motivated by new business, customer conversations and the opportunity to build your sales career, we’d like to hear from you.
