The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Systems Manager to support our digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in business systems management, project management, and change management. They will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimisation of business systems to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's digital infrastructure supports its strategic objectives and improves operational efficiency

• Lead the development and implementation of business system software solutions
• Drive digital transformation projects to improve business processes and customer engagement
• Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and ensure software solutions align with business requirements
• Manage the integration of new technologies into existing systems
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of software projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers to ensure the organisation receives the best value and service
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and standard
• Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify and address any issues promptly
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and innovations to recommend and implement cutting-edge solutions
