What you’ll be doing

The Business Support unit is responsible for delivering the administration of the school. This function delivers administrative and organisational processes within the school, always maintaining confidentiality.

  • Administrative support
  • Reception and visitor management
  • Event and trip support
  • Pupil and staff support
  • Medical and welfare support
  • Communication and marketing
  • Compliance and confidentiality

What skills and experience you’ll bring to the role

  • Good level of education or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Sound administrative experience
  • Experience of dealing with stakeholder and customers with empathy
  • A clear understanding of data protection and GDPR in an educational setting
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to manage workloads, delegating as appropriate
  • A genuine passion for girls' education and a commitment to putting our girls first in all aspects of our work
  • A robust awareness of keeping children safe, noticing safeguarding and welfare concerns, and understanding how and when to take appropriate action
  • Calm and professional under pressure, with an ability to demonstrate sound judgement
