Interview Process:

The Role:

The Business Insight Business Partner (BIBP) is a key strategic role within Staysure, responsible for delivering actionable insights that drive data-informed decision-making across multiple departments supporting each Brand within the wider Staysure Group. This role ensures that business functions have access to accurate, timely, and meaningful data to enhance performance, profitability, and customer experience.

What will you do?

Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnering:

Build strong relationships with department heads and senior stakeholders, acting as the bridge between business units and the analytics function/platform to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Data Analysis & Insight:

Extract, interpret, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive commercial and operational improvements.

Reporting & Visualisation:

Work closely with colleagues in Sri Lanka who develop dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio, Content Square) to ensure all reporting needs are effective to support business need

Strategic Support and Cross Functional Collaboration:

Provide analytical support for key business initiatives, including commercial strategies, operational efficiencies, marketing effectiveness, and customer journey optimisation. Working closely with these functions

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process enhancements that improve data accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility.

Performance Monitoring:

Track and measure the success of business initiatives using KPIs, highlighting areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

Regulatory Compliance & Data Governance:

Ensure data handling and reporting are compliant with regulatory requirements, including GDPR and industry best practices.

Essentials:

  • Proven experience in a business insight, data analysis, or business intelligence role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Experience in multiple analytics disciplines – Commercial, Marketing, Digital, MI & Reporting
  • Commercial acumen and experience working in a business-facing role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to insight generation.
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance within a regulated industry.

Bonus skills you may pack in your suitcase:

  • Experience within the insurance industry (if you’ve worked in travel, even better!) or similar sector experience, although an eagerness to improve your knowledge of our industry will bode well.
  • Experience working in an agile and fast-paced environment.
