This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and turning analysis into meaningful business insight. It's about much more than reporting numbers or building spreadsheets. You'll uncover trends, challenge assumptions and identify opportunities, helping stakeholders understand the "so what" behind the data and translating findings into clear actions and recommendations that have a tangible business impact.

We're keen to hear from candidates with a variety of backgrounds, so if you have relevant transferable skills, strong analytical capability and a curious, proactive approach, we'd encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver actionable insight to support Group Operations transformation initiatives to make a measurable impact on results
  • Unpick complex business problems through data analysis, providing evidence-based insight and recommendations
  • Support business case development and benefit tracking for digital and operational improvement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve customer and member experience
  • Provide insight to support digitalisation, remote fix performance and entitlement containment activities
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories, recommendations and actions for senior stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with operational leaders, digital teams and other business functions to contextualise data insight and understand root cause

What You'll Need

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to solve business problems
  • Experience with tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, Sigma or similar analytics platforms
  • The ability to translate complex analysis into simple, engaging and actionable insight
  • A naturally curious mindset with the initiative to identify opportunities and investigate issues independently
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and constructively challenging the status quo through data-driven recommendations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain the "so what" behind the data
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
