Based at six UK locations, we provide Wholesale, distribution, specialist E&I inspection, maintenance and project services to all parts of the Offshore & Onshore Energy sector, Pharmaceutical, Marine and many other industries. Managed from our UK locations, our services operate within the UK, Europe, Africa and Asia.

Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager – Central & Southern Region

Location: Central & Southern UK Region – based in Great Yarmouth office

Reports to: Senior BDM

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Dron & Dickson are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our business across the Central and Southern regions of the UK. This is an opportunity to make a real impact by building meaningful relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering innovative, safe solutions that align with our purpose: Everyone Home Safe.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions
• Represent Dron & Dickson at industry events, seminars, and webinars
• Promote our products, services, and core values with passion and professionalism
• Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring

• A creative, solution-focused mindset with a passion for growth
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
• A flexible, adaptable approach and the ability to thrive under pressure
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude
• A full UK driving license and willingness to travel as needed
• Bonus points if you have knowledge of Ex and industrial lighting or experience with CompEx Foundation (training will be provided if not).
