Business Development Executive – Software Division
Location: Newbury / Hybrid
Salary: £30,000 + £7,500 commission (OTE)

What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Executive at Nuvias UC, you’ll play a key role in identifying and converting new business opportunities across our channel partners. You’ll work closely with our Business Development Managers, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to help grow the presence of cutting-edge solutions like Zoom, Five9, and Microsoft Teams.

What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Executive at Nuvias UC, you’ll play a key role in identifying and converting new business opportunities across our channel partners. You’ll work closely with our Business Development Managers, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to help grow the presence of cutting-edge solutions like Zoom, Five9, and Microsoft Teams.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities
- Engaging resellers to drive software adoption and identify upsell opportunities
- Supporting go-to-market campaigns and events
- Building pipeline and hitting outreach & revenue KPIs
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
- Staying on top of the latest UCaaS, CCaaS, and collaboration trends
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is Curious, Motivated, And Ready To Make a Difference. You’ll Thrive Here If You
- Have B2B sales experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or distribution
- Love outbound activity and building strong partner relationships
- Are confident presenting software solutions and telling the “value story”
- Have experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, etc.)
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with vendors like Microsoft, Zoom, or in the UC space!
