Business Data Analyst - #134060

We're looking for a talented individual to help shape our Business Intelligence landscape for Fasthosts and the wider IONOS Group. As a key member of the reporting and analysis team, you will take the data from our processing team and become a primary point of contact for our internal stakeholders, working closely with them to drive data-driven decision-making and ensure the quality of our reporting systems.

We want you to transform data into actionable and creative insights for stakeholders across the business, supporting them to Identify gaps for new performance metrics and leading the development of these with the support of the wider technical teams.

What will you be doing?

In this role you will:

• Shape and evolve our BI reporting landscape to drive impactful decisions
• Champion quality and innovation, ensuring our Power BI solutions are best-in-class
• Unlock new insights by analyzing requirements and forecasting future trends
• Be the go-to expert for data analysis, identifying key drivers, and defining meaningful KPIs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deploy cutting-edge dashboards and reports
• Share your expertise through engaging events, empowering others to make data-driven decisions
• Develop and maintain robust documentation, ensuring seamless knowledge sharing and operations
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in our reporting landscape

What experience do you need under your belt?

• Hands-on experience with business data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative and collaborative approach to presenting data and engaging stakeholders
• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Power BI and DAX
• Understand commercial principles of Data analysis within the organisation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with Strong English language skills to C2 or above (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to advanced level
