What you’ll do: 

As a Business Analyst/Strategist, you’ll help to develop experience strategies and drive product excellence for our clients. In this role, you will gather and analyse data and insight to define future customer experiences and product features, ensuring they align with user needs and business objectives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams. bridging the gap between user/business requirements and development teams, promoting agile best practices, and fostering a collaborative environment.

We're looking for experience in:

Customer Experience and Product Strategy

  • Define and map as-is and to-be user journeys, identifying user pains and opportunity areas
  • Help to shape and conduct market and customer research activity, including competitor analysis, focus groups and interviews
  • Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and strategies

Business Analysis

  • Gather, analyse and structure data and insights to inform product decisions and improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
  • Translate high-level needs into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the product roadmap and its alignment with user needs and business goals
  • Assist the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritisation
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting the agile mindset

Communication

  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, risks, and issues
  • Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of product requirements and decisions, including product backlogs, sprint plans, and release notes

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the evolution of product development methodologies
  • Identify opportunities to enhance team productivity and product quality

Testing and Validation

  • Assist in defining test cases and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Validate that implemented features meet the specified requirements and quality standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in business analysis, product management, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and principles.
  • Experience in project management and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar is preferred, but not a pre-requisite.
