A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR AT OUR HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

• Supervise and manage the Breakfast Shift and Garden Room Morning Shift, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness at all times.
• Lead the Breakfast and Garden Room Team in delivering excellent, personalised guest service, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.
• Responsible for the opening and closing of the shift, ensuring all jobs are completed to a high standard, and are ready for service.
• Managing the shift on a day-to-day basis, delegating of tasks and jobs to team members to ensure the high possible standards.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure seamless coordination between Food and Beverage service and overall guest service within the hotel.
• Managing and administrating the daily, weekly and monthly checklists for the department, ensuring compliance and that the jobs have been completed to hotel standards.
• Serve as duty manager as needed, taking responsibility for the smooth operation of the hotel during designated shift and handling any emergencies or incidents that may arise.
