We’re now on the lookout for a Marketing Manager – Brand to help shape and deliver inspiring campaigns that bring our brand to life across the globe.


This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic and imaginative brand marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments. Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager – Brand & Marketing, you’ll lead the creation and execution of integrated brand campaigns across the UK, US and international markets – aiming to attract new customers and deepen the love of existing ones.

Your campaigns will power brand awareness, inspire demand and drive revenue.


You’ll be the bridge between creative vision and commercial success, harnessing insight-led strategies to make Virgin Atlantic’s brand message shine across every touchpoint.


Day to day

• Lead multiple campaigns from concept to execution, delivering against brand and revenue goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build insight-led demand strategies.

• Write inspiring briefs for agencies and internal stakeholders that challenge the norm.

• Drive campaign amplification across paid, owned and earned channels.

• Manage global creative, media and production agencies to ensure alignment and excellence.

• Partner with internal teams from digital, PR, CRM, trade marketing and IFE to ensure unified execution.

• Optimise media strategy using econometrics and brand data, working with media effectiveness teams.

• Own global connections planning and ensure smart budget utilisation.

• Be the “creative glue” between media and production – ensuring campaigns are executed for maximum impact.

• Champion media innovation and experimentation by sharing best-in-class work and testing new ideas.


About you

• Proven experience managing complex, high-profile brands within the UK (global experience is a plus).

• A strong track record in delivering integrated campaigns across advertising, social, digital, PR and brand partnerships.

• Sharp consumer and commercial insight with the ability to develop communication that aligns with wider brand strategy.

• Excellent analytical skills – able to translate performance into insight and action.

• Experience managing large-scale agency relationships and budgets.

• A strong creative eye – from briefing, to reviewing, to judging results.

• The ability to lead large-scale projects from strategy through to delivery.

• Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

• A resourceful mindset and high commercial acumen.

• First-class communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail, with a passion for producing consistent and high-quality work.
