Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS) , specialists in providing solutions and building materials for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities , is on the hunt for an Branch Manager who's as passionate about great service as we are.

Hours – 7. 00 – 5. 3 0 Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement

• Build and develop great relationships with new and existing c ustomers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions

• Build effective relationships with Suppliers

• Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work
  

Required Skills and Experience

• Leadership of a small team

• Proven successful experience managing branch P&L

• Ability to coach, motivate and support experienced teams
