As a Branch Manager based at our Plumb Centre in Long Eaton you’ll be responsible for:

• Driving sales, improving branch performance and identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Providing excellent customer service , building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Management of all day to day aspects of running the branch adhering to company policies and procedures, health & safety and leadership/ people management of the team.
• Leading, motivating and supporting a small team to achieve high performance standards.
  
  

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week

• Industry experience – Trade / Plumbing & Heating/ Merchant
• Proven track record in sales with a focus on driving growth.
• Results-driven approach with a passion for team development.
