About The Role

Your focus will be on delivering accurate bookkeeping and financial support to clients, including occasional travel to client sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks for a range of clients
- Provide timely and accurate management information
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Reconcile balance sheet and profit & loss accounts
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Prepare weekly/monthly supplier payments
- Support accounts receivable and credit control functions
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
- Fully qualified AAT or qualified by experience
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and related financial processes
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence (client site visits are required)
- 37.5 hours per week (full-time)
- Flexible working hours
- Hybrid model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Option to purchase additional holidays
- No weekend work
- Office closure during the Christmas period
- Life assurance (4x annual salary)
- Free on-site car parking
