Key Responsibilities
- Attend our quarterly Board meetings held in Wolverhampton, and in addition, attend Committee meetings and events as required.
- Build and maintain effective and constructive working relationships with other members of the Board, our shareholder, the Chief Executive, Senior Management team and our staff.
- Uphold the mission, vision, and values of the company.
- Contribute to the development of, and be a decision maker in, the implementation of Wolverhampton Homes’ strategies and policies.
- Act as an ambassador and representative of the company, upholding the reputation of WH and its mission, vision, and values.

- Could you use your knowledge and experience to help embed the customer voice, ensuring the customer is at the heart of all we do?
- Are you able to promote the company vision ensuring cost effective and efficient service delivery whilst ensuring our services comply with best practice, the law and regulatory frameworks?
