Working Pattern

This is a full time position with a contract of 32.5 hours per week, worked across a 5 day week. The role will be based at our Central Office in Preston.

The Role

We are seeking a Bistro Supervisor to lead catering operations across our central office and two manufacturing canteens. This is a great opportunity for an experienced supervisor with strong people leadership, customer service, and food safety standards.

You will oversee the day-to-day running of three catering facilities, leading your team to deliver a safe, efficient, and customer-focused service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily catering operations across multiple sites

• Lead, coach and support the team

• Maintain high standards of food preparation, service, and compliance

• Drive a positive, professional, and customer-focused culture

• Identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency

About You

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Supervisory experience in catering, hospitality, or a similar environment

• Strong people management and communication skills

• Knowledge of food safety, health and safety, and allergen management

• A proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach

• Confidence in a busy, fast-paced environment
