Join our team as a Bid Writer, (Hybrid role- 2 Days in the office) in either Marlow or Warrington!

We're looking for a skilled Bid Writer to create clear, persuasive, and high-impact bid content that showcases Tradebe's value and solutions. You'll work closely with internal teams to develop compelling responses, support bid planning, and ensure submissions are completed to a high standard and on time. The role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing tight deadlines, so strong communication and time management are key.


What you'll be doing:

* Create concise, persuasive bid responses aligned with win themes and customer requirements
* Collaborate on storyboards and content plans to support compelling submissions
* Ensure all responses reflect Tradebe's credibility, safety values, and environmental performance
* Present complex solutions clearly, highlighting features, benefits, and added value
* Maintain visual and written consistency across all submissions



Do you have what it takes?


* Proven experience in bid writing, ideally across both public and private sectors
* Excellent written English and attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; highly organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Adaptable, resilient, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Skills

* Degree in Creative Writing or English
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing changing priorities
* Commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach
* Be able to travel to various sites across the UK - Car needed.
