A position has arisen within our division for the role of Washroom Services BD/Key Account Manager. We are looking for someone who can develop and nurture relationships within a B2B market and have a proven track record of account management. As BD/Key Account Manager you will assist the field-based team in maintaining customer relationships and merchandising into existing customers to secure long term growth. If you share a passion for a more sustainable business and help to enable change then this is the role for you. The position will be office based with occasional external customer meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Create, Develop, and execute the sales strategy in line with company objectives
Maintain current clients and create opportunities to upsell
Innovative approach to finding business in a diverse range of business sectors.
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Build relationships with existing accounts to secure long-term growth
Merchandising into existing accounts
Build, Manage and maintain a sales pipeline with accurate activity and forecasting
Application and completion of tender opportunities
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Identify key contacts and develop opportunities
- Professional, presentable, and credible with strong communication skills
- Commercially aware
- Accurate reporting skills with working knowledge of Excel
- Self-motivated, loyal. committed person that can demonstrate a proven track record in B2B sales
- A high level of confidence with the ambition to succeed
- Team Player as well as working solely under own initiative
- Company Vehicle, Mobile & Laptop
- Annual leave: 23 days + Statutory leave for full time employees. Part time, and certain roles might be required to work bank holidays.
