Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including specialty coffee and tea, ensuring that each drink meets our high standards for quality and presentation.
• Engage with guests to provide personalised beverage recommendations, share your knowledge of our offerings, and create a welcoming, memorable experience.
• Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our menu items, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and pairing suggestions to enhance guest experiences.
• Ensure that the bar area is consistently clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the Food & Beverage department.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Previous experience as a Barista in a hospitality setting.
• Experience in providing excellent bar service.
• Food Safety Training or a willingness to complete training.
  
  

Shift Pattern:

• Part-time and Full-time opportunities available.
• Minimum commitment of two days per week required.
• Flexibility is essential, as you will be asked to work when needed to support the team and meet business demands.
