We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bar Manager to join our management team.

About You:

• Passionate, with proven track record in a managerial role within bars
• Personal license holder,
• Hands-on attitude with ability to solve problems in a professional manner,
• Natural leader who can inspire and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• A team player who can easily communicate with people at all levels,
• Master in stock control and understanding P&L
• A strong multitasker with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail,
• Puts the guest experience first, making sure everyone leaves with a smile and a reason to come back,
• Comfortable using POS systems and tech tools to streamline operations and track performance

As a Bar Manager you will:

• Recruit, manage and lead the bar team to deliver exceptional service,
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, from wet stock management to staffing, ensuring everything runs like a clockwork,
• Monitor sales, control costs, and work towards achieving financial targets whilst maintaining excellent service standards,
• Ensure the bar operates in full compliance with licensing laws, H&S regulations and company policies,
• Collaborate with events team to deliver unforgettable private and corporate events and promotions
