Typical Hiring Process
As a BA with scrum master experience you will join a team focused on building demo/sample applications, integrations and tooling that make use of the Amplience product to support customers, sales and partnerships by broadcasting the value of the Amplience core product in usable applications to solve customer problems.
You will use a mix of technologies including web technologies (JavaScript/React), backend technologies (NodeJS) as well as specific technologies required to support integrations with 3rd party platforms.

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Communication: Working closely with other stakeholders in the organisation (VP Product Solutions, CTO, Sales, Marketing)
- Team Collaboration: Working within your team with multiple disciplines (ie, Developers, QA etc)
- Research & Validation: Working with partners / customers / prospects to understand challenges and possible solutions
- Commercial Awareness: Understanding and validation of value to customer as well as Amplience
- Requirements Gathering: Taking a hypothesis and turning it into validated requirements and concepts for teams to effectively architect & build the right solutions. Working with the team in a ‘best idea wins’ mentality and providing analytical input
- Prioritisation: Align to company objectives and value driven prioritisation
- Project: Translating requirements into project tools and concepts such as Epics, Stories etc
- Success Management: Ensuring the success of projects
What we are looking for
- Solid working experience as a BA (2-3 years)
- Translation of company objectives to solutions / projects
- Base understanding of working with SaaS software
- Desirable understanding of Commerce, Content and MACH [https://machalliance.org/]
- Experience working with technical teams and products
- Experience in hypothesis building, validation & research
- Experience with commercial value mapping
- Experience / Ability of generation of JIRA tickets, Epic, Stories etc
- Experience / Ability to communicate across teams and the business generally, including company meetings (All Hands) including colleagues in USA
- Experience with documentation practices using tools like Confluence
- Experience to whiteboard / visualise using tools like Miro
- Experience with and understanding of project management techniques (ie, Scrum)
- Knowledge of AGILE working methodologies?
- Experience with public presentations (ie company events)
- Experience with UAT of solutions to ensure they adhere to value
- Ability to run ceremonies such as retrospectives for the team
- Ability to travel for F2F meetings with customers / prospects
- Genuine excitement of working in the content / commerce ecosystem
- Excellent communication skills
- Commercial awareness
- Experience working with Content or Commerce Solutions
- Ability to contribute to find the best solutions
- Ability to accurately size projects
- Good organisation skills
- Good co-ordination skills
- Ability to get information & data (Research)
