AV Process Control Operator - #187210

Summary

Oversee production line operations, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal downtime. Maintains high standards for safety, food safety, quality and compliance. Lead and support teams to achieve production targets and continuous improvement.

The Role

In this role, you will coordinate line setup and changeovers to keep production running efficiently, ensuring correct materials, labelling, and product specifications are met at every stage. You will monitor and accurately record quality and performance data on a consistent basis, while proactively identifying issues and escalating risks to uphold standards. Alongside this, you will support, coach, and engage team members to foster a strong, high-performing team culture.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritise daily production activities in line with shift run order and targets
• Carry out and document safety and quality checks to meet legal and customer requirements
• Drive a strong food safety and quality culture, reporting any non-conformances promptly
• Support audit readiness by ensuring processes, records, and standards are consistently met
• Promote a safe and hygienic working environment through proactive behaviours and team guidance
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or fast-paced production environment
• Strong understanding of food safety, quality standards, and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team effectively
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
