The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate, Senior Associate or Principal Associate to join our Real Estate team based in Solent.

The Team

Our national Real Estate team is one of the largest in the UK, spread across all offices and representing an impressive range of clients from developers, investors and corporate occupiers through to banks and funders. The team advises high profile clients on the full spectrum of commercial real estate matters and offers a dynamic environment with lots of opportunity for progression and development.

The Solent Real Estate team is recognised with a Tier 1 ranking in Legal 500 and a Band 1 rating in Chambers & Partners. We are seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our esteemed and reputable team.

Our Solent Real Estate team has an impressive client roster and is highly regarded in the market for its depth of expertise and knowledge. The team is investing in growth nationally and is focussed on attracting great talent and great clients.

This role will see you advising corporate occupier clients in relation to the expansion, disposal and management of their property portfolios, as well as assisting on real estate finance transactions and providing corporate support.

You will primarily support the partners and team based in Solent but also work cross-office with colleagues in London and nationally to gain a broad experience of transactions and deliver the wider strategic agenda for the division.
