What you’ll be doing

What will your essential responsibilities include?

• Assist in drafting and maintaining of system and procedural guides on behalf of the Operations team and wider Claims Department.
• Provide onshore FNOL triage and processing capability in conjunction with ESS (Poland)
• Provide general clerical support including (but not limited to) post opening/scanning, system allocation and distribution, data inputting, report checking etc
• Assist/contribute to UK & Lloyds claims improvement initiatives.
• Where required support UAT for multiple claims/reporting systems liaising appropriately with Client Relationship Managers, Underwriters, Middle Office and Claims teams.
• Undertake work on any other task required by the Claims Department as may be required.

• Ability to operate to tight deadlines in a pressured environment
• Good level of IT skills (Excel, Outlook etc) and computer literacy

• Basic understanding of the London and UK Insurance Market
• Basic knowledge of claims processes including claim notification, reserving, payments/recoveries and data capture
• Basic knowledge of working with reports and data analysis skills
