Assistant Sales Managers and Sales Controller

With our company expansion plans gathering pace, we are now recruiting for experienced Motor trade Sales Controllers and Assistant Managers.

• We are looking for Assistant Sales Managers and Sales Controllers with a minimum of 2 years Motor Trade sales experience who are currently in a similar role, or are a Senior Sales Executive looking for the next career step.

• Our Sales Teams are what separate us from the competition; the people who make a difference to our environment, our customers and their experience.

• Live and breathe our company values, we've been doing this for 95 years and you'll be expected to build on our fantastic reputation by adding value to the business.

• Delivering a complete customer experience , a unique package to help our customers make the most of their purchase, upselling of accessories, extended warranty and finance packages

• Be dedicated to flawless customer service, with experience of creating great moments for customers.

• Enthusiasm, drive and motivation with strong people management skills, to consistently achieve fantastic results.

• Have a strong work ethic, being self-motivated at all times, whilst adding value to the overall team.

• Hold a full current driving licence

• A can-do attitude and keen team player is crucial to the role.
