Assistant Sales Manager Role Overview:

An exciting new opportunity has come up here at Coventry. This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of our dealership team.

As an Assistant Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing all leads to achieve renewal rates in line with the dealerships KPI’s.

An Assistant Sales Manager will also:

• Plan and organise, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of new & used car stock through monitoring and controlling vehicle displays which includes all POS materials.
• Progress our stock vehicles through their workshop preparation and valeting ensuring that they are ready for display and our customers.
• Own all finance documents through the customer’s journey to the handover of the vehicle.
• Support and manage sales staff in the company sales process and policies.

You will have demonstrable sales experience along with excellent communication and planning skills and a passion for best-in-class customer service as well as the want to develop and grow team members to succeed.
