We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our talented team at The Blues Kitchen.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll support the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences while helping to lead a confident, passionate team. You’ll play a key role in setting service standards, coaching team members, and contributing to the vibrant energy that defines our venue. With a sharp eye for detail and a natural ability to motivate others, you’ll ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly while championing our brand values and culture.

What You’ll Be Up To

• Leading dynamic lunch and dinner services, bringing energy and intention to every shift.
• Supporting staff development through daily coaching and consistent feedback.
• Taking ownership of key operational tasks—from rotas and cash-ups to stock control.
• Stepping into leadership when the Restaurant Manager is off-site, showing initiative and care.
• Helping new team members settle in and start strong.
• Creating an environment where growth is encouraged, supported, and celebrated.
• Ensuring guests always feel seen, welcomed, and looked after.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality.
• A genuine passion for heartfelt guest experiences.
• A growth mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

What To Expect

• A competitive salary, inclusive of tronc. Salary and tronc is paid on the last Friday of the month.
