Assistant Quantity Surveyor- North West

Contract type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Ontime full value Monthly Valuations
  • Raising payment certificates
  • Ensure regular communications maintained with client commercial team regards to commercial matters.
  • Subcontract Administration
  • Monitor and report on contract K.P. I performance
  • Monitor and report stock levels and utilisation trends
  • Contract performance and earned value forecast
  • Producing monthly application
  • Invoices and Cash Collection
  • Attend site meetings
  • Working closely with a site team on Runcorn and surrounding area

Key Requirements

  • Knowledge of SIPS style contracts required
  • Previous experience with pricing SIP’s works
  • Must have a UK driving licence

  • Administrator (Direct report)
  • Project Controls Manager(Reports to)
  • Planning Engineer
  • Client commercial team
