What You'll Be Doing
The Assistant Product Manager will work marketing, technical, and product management functions of the commercial team to ensure that appropriate product, system, and performance data is both up-to-date and visible across all appropriate systems in line with group and regulatory frameworks.

What You'll Be Doing
The Assistant Product Manager will work marketing, technical, and product management functions of the commercial team to ensure that appropriate product, system, and performance data is both up-to-date and visible across all appropriate systems in line with group and regulatory frameworks.
Product Data & Documentation Creation And Management
- Collaborate with the Product Management Team to create key documents such as Declaration of Performances (DoPs) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Ensure all documents are reviewed and signed off by the Product and Technical Teams before publishing.
- Manage the placement of approved documents across appropriate platforms, ensuring accessibility for internal and external stakeholders.
- Creation of product codes and keys within the SAP system, including subsequent housekeeping for those attributes under the remit of the Product Team.
- Create, own and review an enhanced minimum data standard for Knauf.
- Oversee and maintain data sets for industry specification platforms such as National Building Specification (NBS) and Knauf System Finder, as well as internal platforms such as the Document Management System (DMS).
- Coordinate all documents, data sets, and links across the tools, including management of change documentation and processes.
- Ensure all technical and marketing data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legislative and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain product performance dashboards for the Product Management Team, providing insights into product performance and trends.
- Contribute to the data sets contained within the Code for Construction Product Information (CCPI) submissions.
- Create and maintain a product data audit and roadmap to completion.
- Work closely with the Technical Advocacy Director to ensure compliance with legislative requirements in terms of marketing and technical data storage.
- Collaborate with the Research and Development Technical Manager to support Group Compliance Procedures, supporting documentation and auditing.
- Inform the business of customer requirements for data (current and future) through insights activity.
- Notify Marketing Communications of any changes to data that require customer correspondence.
- Ability to create and identify process gaps to ensure operational efficiency and high levels of compliance.
- Experience in handling of complex data.
- Experience of data and document managements across multiple business units.
- Ability to interpret local, regional legislation and apply to business.
- Highly organised.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments at one time.
- A competitive salary of around £35,000 + package
