About the Role


We are seeking a motivated Assistant Financial Accountant to support our Group Finance team. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in a dynamic, international environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with monthly and year-end group consolidations
  • Support the preparation of management and statutory accounts
  • Maintain and update the group’s consolidation system (IBM Controller)
  • Collaborate with international finance teams to ensure accurate reporting
  • Prepare weekly revenue and order reports
  • Manage the Concur expense system and respond to staff queries


Qualifications

  • Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred)
  • Experience in group finance and consolidations


Required Skills

  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, macros)
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a collaborative mindset

This role is a hybrid role with the main location being Tubney Woods, Abingdon. We work from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday and finish at 1:00 pm on Fridays, allowing you to start your weekend early.
