Are you an experienced Architect seeking new challenges? Join our client, an established architectural firm based in the countryside north of Basingstoke who has a new Architect job available. The role is offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000. You would lead high-end residential and education projects through all RIBA stages and make your mark in architecture.
An established architectural firm situated in a small village to the north of Basingstoke. With over 35 years of experience, their team of 17 social professionals boasts a diverse portfolio, working on projects ranging from education and residential to conservation, commercial, and leisure. Due to a steady increase in work, they are now seeking an Architect to join the team.

Due to a steady increase in work, they are now seeking an Architect to join the team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Take a lead role in the running of projects across all stages
- Production of design and technical drawing packages
- Supporting Junior members of the team
- Working directly with clients
- Visiting site as required
- Using AutoCAD daily.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience
- Knowledge of the UK regulations
- Good design and technical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident communicating directly with clients
- Confident in the use of AutoCAD
- Experience in Revit beneficial
- Due to the office location, you would need your own transport.
- £35,000 - £45,000
- Flexible working hours
- Paid ARB membership
- Onsite showers
- On site parking.
