This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in housing sales and marketing as a Sales Officer Apprentice. You’ll gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification, learning from experienced colleagues across sales, lettings, and marketing. You will be involved in the full journey of new homes - from concept through to legal completion - developing valuable skills in sales progression, stakeholder engagement, and marketing. This is a 2-year fixed-term contract.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Supporting the marketing of new build housing developments from site start through to completion
- Assisting with the sales journey, from initial enquiry to legal completion
- Communicating with solicitors during the conveyancing process
- Helping track key milestones and performance targets
- Supporting the creation of marketing plans for developments
- Working collaboratively with teams across development, finance, legal and procurement
- Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
- Ensuring compliance with Homes England requirements and internal policies
- Supporting the use of CRM systems and ensuring accurate data recording
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine interest in housing, regeneration, marketing, or property sales
- Willingness to work towards and complete an apprenticeship qualification - Level 3 in Service in Housing via PfP Thrive
- Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion

- Relevant A Levels, BTEC, T Level or degree (or working towards one)
- Understanding of the housing sector, marketing, or property sales
- Experience working in a team (e.g. part-time work, placement, or projects)
- Driving licence
