Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a confident, organised and well-spoken individual to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. Primary duties include:

What You’ll Do

  • Answering in-bound telephone calls, helping the customer or directing the call as appropriate
  • Setting up and launching new customer websites
  • Helping other support team members to maintain our tyre product database
  • Escalating problems to the technical team.
  • Carrying out online training for customers with new websites or demonstrating new features
  • Carrying out online demonstrations to potential customers

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You are confident on the telephone
  • You are a good listener with excellent interpersonal skills
  • You are excited about being part of a fast-growing company that’s trying to make a positive change for the customers it serves

Essential Skills

  • Good IT skills including a proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Good people skills. Silkmoth are a close-knit, friendly team.
  • Some experience in a customer facing role
