About The Apprentice Administrator Role

Our busy Plymouth office is seeking a friendly and driven individual to join our administration team as an Apprentice Administrator. You will be working within a small administration team being the front welcoming face for all visitors.

We are ready to train you if you bring plenty of positive attitude and enthusiasm! Teamwork is fundamental to this role.

Key Responsibilities Of An Apprentice Administrator Will Include

  • front desk duties including; welcoming clients, answering the phone, making teas and coffees for any visitors
  • electronic document submission
  • proof reading documentation and formatting of documents
  • organising office supplies
  • updating client databases
  • Inbound and outbound post
  • providing support to our clients and team by ensuring they have what they need when they need it

About You

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • We will consider your academic achievements and will look for grade 5 / C in Maths and English GCSE
  • A positive attitude to succeed
  • Team orientated in your approach to work
  • Resilient, adaptable, and organised.
  • Professional, friendly with verbal and written communication skills
