Job Description
We're recruiting for a SRM Analyst to join us. We're offering acompetitive base salary.
You'll play a key role in supporting and advising our Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) function, instilling best practice, helping us deliver commercial excellence and operational resilience. Job Description

What you'll be doing:
- Working in centre of excellence unit, advising SRMs on best practice
- Supporting the implementation of SRM policies, procedures and tools
- Promoting best practices through training, coaching and knowledge sharing
- Developing SRM capabilities by maintaining learning resources and tools
- Enhancing communication between SRM teams and wider stakeholders
- Providing operational support across SRM activities and projects
- Ensuring data accuracy and supporting timely reporting
- Contributing to continuous improvement within the SRM function
Who we're looking for:
- Understanding of SRM and third-party risk management principles
- Experience in supplier management, procurement advisory or centre of excellence roles
- Ability to build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Awareness of the financial services regulatory environment
- A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in procurement or supplier management
