Aftermarket Sales Engineer

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Aftermarket Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring they receive the necessary parts and services for optimal equipment performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients, understand their needs, and contribute to their success through effective aftermarket solutions.

Main Duties:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive aftermarket sales.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions, including spare parts, service agreements, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports, analysing market trends to inform strategies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the industrial equipment or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of aftermarket sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
