We are currently looking for an Affiliate Marketing Executive who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Affiliate Marketing Manager, your focus will be on supporting the implementation and execution of our global Affiliate Marketing Strategy. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for performance marketing with your capacity for creative, data-led optimisation. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.

What You Will Do

• Support the day-to-day execution of a comprehensive global affiliate strategy across key markets, including the UK and Australia.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with affiliate partners and networks, while proactively identifying new growth opportunities.
• Deliver accurate campaign performance reporting, providing insight and data-led analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Consumer Marketing, PR, and Online Trading teams to build integrated seasonal and promotional campaigns.
• Develop strong product and customer knowledge to craft effective and engaging briefs for marketing activities.
  
  
  

What You Should Bring

• 2+ years of proven experience in affiliate or digital marketing, ideally within an eCommerce or retail environment.
• Strong analytical skills and intermediate-level spreadsheet proficiency, with a knack for spotting trends in performance data.
• A working knowledge of affiliate marketing practices and platforms, with enthusiasm to learn and grow in the role.
• A strategic mindset and the ability to align marketing content and campaigns with business goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with SEO, PR, ecommerce, and digital advertising teams.
