We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Complex lives team!
We are looking for an individual with a passion and enthusiasm to work with some of the most vulnerable and complex people within our community.
The right candidate will be approachable and display excellent communication skills, compassion, tolerance, and a non-judgemental attitude. This is an exciting opportunity to work in new and innovative ways, positively impacting on the lives of people within the homeless community.
The post holder will be expected to practice autonomously, as an independent practitioner/prescriber, participating in the care of and undertaking assessment, diagnosis, treatment/referral, and discharge of patients presenting with minor illness or injury within agreed parameters

- Contract – Permanent
- Hours – 16 hours per week, Mon-Fri 08.00 – 18.30
- Location – Newfield House, Vicarage Lane, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY4 4EW
- Salary – £27.49 to £30.63 an hour, depending on experience & qualifications
