Administrator - Enrolment & Data
The Enrolment and Data Team is looking to appoint an Administrator who will work with peers and curriculum areas to undertake a wide range of student data-related and administrative duties, to deliver a professional and customer-focussed service to internal and external customers and students; ensuring that data quality and data management across the student life cycle operates effectively.

Administrator - Enrolment & Data
The Enrolment and Data Team is looking to appoint an Administrator who will work with peers and curriculum areas to undertake a wide range of student data-related and administrative duties, to deliver a professional and customer-focussed service to internal and external customers and students; ensuring that data quality and data management across the student life cycle operates effectively.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Input and maintain student data accurately and timely using the college’s student data systems.
- Processing new and continuing enrolments (FE/HE/Apprenticeships).
- Process and record status updates (withdrawals, breaks in learning, transfers and completions).
- Support for data monitoring compliance visits
- Provide high-quality customer service to students and stakeholders.
- Work effectively as part of a team and support the training and development of peers.
- Assist in reporting on course and student records to ensure accurate and complete information.
- Contribute to business transformation by simplifying processes and supporting automation.
- Qualifications:
- Level 2 or higher qualification in a relevant discipline (or willingness to work towards a Level 3 qualification).
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or higher.
- Experience:
- Recent and relevant experience in a student data-related role.
- Experience using IT tools efficiently, including Microsoft applications and databases.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage a demanding workload.
- High level of numeracy and organisational skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
