Salary of £24,043.50 per annum
37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

As an Administrator in our Outpatients and Pre Assessment departments, you’ll bring experience of administration in a complex fast-paced environment, demonstrable call handling skills and excellent IT skills. You will have the ability to provide a professional, courteous, sensitive, and empathetic approach as well as be an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and flexible individual. What’s more, you know how to present this in a timely and professional manner. Ideally, you have an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent, but this isn’t essential.

Nuffield Health Hereford Hospital
The Nuffield Health Hospital in Hereford is located in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside and sits just half a mile north of Hereford City Centre. A hospital, offering exceptional private healthcare to the local community and surrounding counties. The Ward consists of 20 inpatient beds, and a busy ACU with the majority of patients receiving elective Surgical procedures. Catering for both inpatient and day case surgery, providing a broad range of surgical specialties including General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Endoscopy, Gynaecology, Urology, ENT, Plastics and more. Working with leading consultants, Hereford hospital prevents and treats many medical conditions and offers a wide range of complex surgery and services. The working atmosphere is highly professional and stimulating, yet friendly and collaborative like that of a large family unit.

- Handle enquiries and general queries
- Book appointments for the Outpatients team
- Liaise with various internal and external parties
- Assisting with general admin duties in the department
- Put your strong IT and keyboard skills to work
- Maintain patient database and records
- Filing, scanning, photocopying
- Assisting with audits and Pre Operative Bookings and notes
