About The Role:
Days of Working: Monday to Friday
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing office operations and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office. Provide administrative support for the delivery of reactive maintenance and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across all UPS sites in the UK. Coordinate works by liaising with customers, contractors, and Hard Services Engineers to schedule jobs, monitor progress, ensure service levels are met, and maintain accurate records within the CAFM system.

- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure accurate and timely communication within the office
- Maintain a well-organised and tidy office environment
- You must have the right to work in the UK
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customers
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Proactive and organised, with a keen attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
