We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Administrator in HMP Preston, 2 Ribbleton Lane, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 5AB.
The standard hours of work are 39 per week, between 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday (finish at 16:00 Friday).

What You Will Do
- Liaise day-to-day with contractors and work staff
- Use Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system to close jobs
- Input to and maintain spread sheets/databases/systems and produce and collate reports
- Work with HMPS on site vetting team to aid in the onboarding of new starters
- General administration tasks, as directed by Site Manager and Team Leaders
- Team player to work alongside colleagues and stakeholders
- Flexible attitude to work with ability to prioritise workload
- Good communication skills to develop and maintain multiple working relationships
- IT literate with experience of Microsoft packages and management systems or other similar data entry and reporting database applications
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment
