Administration Assistant - City of London

The role of Administration Assistant:

  • Typing letters and reports
  • Maintaining documents on SharePoint
  • Invoice preparation
  • Arranging travel and meetings
  • Maintaining and preparing meeting rooms
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries

The ideal Administration Assistant:

  • At least 2 years experience in an administrative role
  • A strong understanding of administrative processes and best practices
  • Fast and accurate typing and data entry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • The ability to read the room and work with sensitivity and emotional intelligence

This is a permanent role based in the City of London with a global investment company in a caring and friendly office environment.
