As we continue to grow, we are now looking for an Ad Monetisation Analyst to join our Monetisation team.

As an Ad Monetisation Analyst, you will be responsible for maximising the profitability of our F2P games by optimising and improving ad monetisation. You will work closely with the marketing, development, and analytics teams to drive revenue growth. Together, you will refine monetisation strategies, enhance ad performance, and scale our games globally.

This is a permanent role based in our Leamington Spa studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ad monetisation aspects of our games, including setup, management, and optimisation.
  • Maximise global revenue and profit margins across our mobile game portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising and tech partners.
  • Analyse monetisation performance and highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Support launches and collaborate with the UA & Monetisation team.
  • Assist in developing overarching monetisation strategies.
  • Present key monetisation insights to management and stakeholders.
  • Research competitor products and play our games to understand market trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ad monetisation, preferably within the gaming industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Experience working with ad networks, mediation platforms, and monetisation tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, development, and analytics teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Passion for mobile gaming and a keen understanding of F2P monetisation strategies.
  • Based in our Leamington Spa office with 5 days per week on-site.
