Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong interest in Trading & Supply to join our Shell Graduate Programme as an Actualisation Analyst (first rotation). As part of the T&S programme, you will undertake two 18‑month rotations , gaining exposure to diverse roles and building a broad understanding of our end-to-end trading and supply. To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme:

  • You must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor or Master’s degree in the United Kingdom, graduating in 2026 or within the last three years
  • You must have graduated with, or be on track to receive a 2:1 or above in your undergraduate degree – or equivalent grade.
  • There are no specific academic requirements for grades at A level or GCSE equivalents. However, we do expect candidates to have a strong academic record.
