Part Qualified Accountant - With Study Support

Location: Hereford

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + flexible working + benefits

You might already be working as a Semi-Senior or Accounts Senior, or perhaps you're someone with solid experience who’s ready to step up and be part of something more meaningful.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Prepare year-end accounts and financial statements for diverse clients, including businesses and non-profits.* Participate in audits or independent examinations with experienced manager support.* Develop clear management accounts to aid client understanding and growth.* Serve as a friendly and reliable client contact.* Support and guide junior colleagues.* Manage time and workload with flexibility and independence.
  
  

What they’re looking for:

• At least 12 months' experience in accountancy practice (or equivalent relevant experience).* Part-qualified AAT/ACCA/ACA status, or qualified by experience.* Proficiency in accountancy software (or a willingness to learn).* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.* A valid driver's license and access to a car for occasional client visits.* A positive, motivated attitude with a genuine interest in client and colleague success.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator or any other similar role.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular).
• Hands-on experience with any CRM software.
• Experience with marketing/advertising campaigns.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant field.
